~~ Thank you so much for praying for Anthony. We appreciate your prayers. He is trying a different medication which is thankfully giving him some much needed relief. Yuck, as many of you know, back pain is absolutely awful. He is resting and doing everything he can to allow his body to heal itself. We’re trusting for a complete healing.
~~ Many have written to tell me that they can no longer access my blog. It seems that ever since I briefly switched to WordPress and then back to Blogger, something weird has happened and some people are getting an error message when they try to view my blog. I have also been told that many can no longer comment. Also, some comments are showing up on the new commenting system (Disqus) while others are coming to the original Blogger commenting system–so they’re not being displayed on my blog. I have no idea what’s up with all the little problems, but I’m aware of them and am looking into it. Hopefully things will be sorted out soon. The joys of modern technology!
~~ I have recently had tons of e-mails asking me to mention various adoption giveaways. It seems that many families are hosting some pretty awesome giveaways at the moment to raise money to bring their darlings home. Honestly, there are just too many for me to mention each family individually. So I will put a little linky tool up again soon. That will give families an opportunity to add their details. I plan on adding the page to my navigation bar at the top of my blog in the hope that fundraising families will gain a bit more visibility. I know how hard fundraising is and I will do anything to try and help out in a small way.
~~ If you are one of the many wonderful people who has sent me an e-mail recently and have not heard back from me, I apologize. I am being very intentional to spend time with my children this summer, and not my computer. I read through each and every e-mail and pray for all your prayer requests, but responding to every e-mail is just impossible. I’m sorry. Sometimes it’s hard to find a healthy balance.
~~ Summer is flying by and I need to start thinking about the new school year and what curriculum to use. So not ready for that yet! I wonder if it will be summer forever in heaven.
