Updated: The Moghadam’s blog has been removed. PLEASE continue to pray for this family as they endure enormous trials in Ghana. I noticed some heinous comments on their blog earlier. How I pray this has not affected their situation negatively. It is beyond my human understanding the way people can use a crisis like this to spew hatred and use it as a platform to share their terrible opinions! I will never understand. I will keep you updated as I get word. I am so heartbroken for them.
Life has been unpredictable over the last few days. We have a major fire burning in our area and parts of our small community are on a pre-evacuation alert. We’re ready to leave our home as soon as we are given the command to go. Obviously we’re praying that it does not come to that, but the fire moving quickly and we are keeping on top of updates throughout the day. It’s so unsettling. How desperately we need God to pour down rain on this dry and thirsty land! Please pray!
I just wanted to stop by quickly and give you a quick update on the family in Ghana. God is moving, but they still need us, the body of Christ, to intercede and believe with them for all the pieces to fall into place so that they can be reunited as a family. What an awful time this precious family has been through. I simply cannot even begin to imagine.
